WMPH Rampage: Orsus Invades Ord!

Map Guidelines here!

• Kim's eButcher x Fred pAsphyxious, 750 Contested Ground win via forfeit

Report from Dranz, Kapitan of the Rams of the 3rd:

As per Kommander Orsus Zoktavir's instructions, I now submit my report on our initial invasion of Ord.

Our assault force was met with Cryxian resistance led by the Lich Lord Asphyxious, as our march was bound to one of the outlying villages on the Ord/West Khador border.

I am pleased to report our victory against the Lich. My personal assessment of our recent skirmish - the Lich has removed himself from the battlefield quite prematurely. I strongly feel that we send more reconnoiter units into Ord before we undertake a larger scale assault. The Lich may only be testing our capabilities and it would be unwise to blunder headstrong into what seems to be an initial Cryxian occupation.

Kommander Zoktavir awaits further instructions.

WMPH Rampage: CTA `08 Week Three

Map Guidelines here!

• Tiny's Brisbane x Kim's Karchev (Western Cygnar)
• Tiny's Brisbane x Dick's pVlad (Western Cygnar)
• Kim's Karchev x Jake's eStryker (Northwest Khador)
• Kim's Karchev x Fred's pAsphyxious (Northwest Khador)

Major Markus "Siege" Brisbane heroically defends Western Cygnar from not one, but two Khadoran invasions! Siege's tactical prowess proved to be the key factor to his victories - targeting Karchev the Terrible's weak linkages underneath his armor and leveling the foundations of several of Prince Vlad Tzepesci's Khadoran konstruction kamps! The two Khadoran warcasters immediately abandoned their front and fled northwards.

Retreating back to the Motherland for repairs, Karchev the Terrible was immediately sent to the front not a few hours after his arrival! Reports from the Blood Ravens indicate they have spotted Cygnaran a supply camp and a Cryxian corpse-mining rig, both within the borders of Northwestern Khador. When Khadoran forces brought their might down upon the Cygnaran camp, Lord Commander Coleman Stryker came to reinforce their thinning lines. He fought valiantly but was repelled from Khador yet again. A similar thing occurred when Karchev marched towards the Cryxian rig, that time catching the Lich Lord Asphyxious pulling the reins himself! Unfortunate for the almost-decimated Cryxian forces, Karchev was unwilling to give them an inch of the Motherland!

WMPH Rampage

Following the 2008 Summer Rampage map, I've decided to use a similar model to track game results in the local community.

Territories are marked in color by which faction has the most influence in said territory. Influence is scored by the most number of points a warcaster/warlock has scored in said territory.

Hovering your mouse pointer over a territory will display a pop-up of the top three warcasters/warlocks who have extended their influence over said territory.

Clicking on a territory will display a larger pop-up of details on battles fought over said territory. Details such as gamer names, pointage played, scenario, special rules and game highlights can be read here.

The current Flash movie, game results were placed randomly. For succeeding game results, players can declare which territory they will be contesting before their game begins. Game results can be posted here or the MWPH forum, where Kim Navarro will encode in the Flash movie and upload it as soon as possible.

Points are awarded as such:

+3 Winning a game
+2 Scoring a draw (usually after time limit)
+1 Losing a game

Disclaimer: This map has no bearing whatsoever with the current storyline of WARMACHINE/HORDES. This map is meant to facilitate a visual tracking of local game results in the Philippines that started late November of 2008. No challenge towards Privateer Press whatsoever is intended.

6. Scheduling is up to the individual player, suffice to say, some of us will be available regularly, myself, Fred, Doc, Dick, Jeff and Arvin (will be spending some days at Pitshop) will always be good for games. Better to set a day or two to play most of the games.
